From Physical Object to Digital Model
Instead of designing an existing object completely from scratch, 3D scanning gives us a digital starting point based on the actual physical item.
Depending on the project, that scan can then be cleaned up, measured, modified, rebuilt, or incorporated into a new design.
The process can look something like:
Physical Object → 3D Scan → Digital Model → Modify → Reproduce
And because we also offer 3D modeling and 3D printing, we can take many projects far beyond simply creating the scan.
